Our Story

Born From a Love of Good Beer and Good Neighbors

East Texas Brewery started with a simple idea: Marshall deserved a place where craft beer wasn't an afterthought. We opened our doors on North Washington Avenue with a handful of taps, a kitchen that takes food seriously, and a belief that the best conversations happen around a well-poured pint.

Today, we're proud to be a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Our brewmaster works closely with regional ingredients to create beers that reflect the character of this part of the state — bold when it counts, smooth when it matters, and always something worth coming back for.

Bayou Night Stout

A rich, velvety stout with notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Slow sipping, cold serving — made for long evenings.
